M5 double-skin curtain wall is a special solution for bioclimatic buildings.
The main mullion of the system provides the creation of an internal wall with a clearance of 10 cm from the external glazing. In this clearance, filtered air circulates under controlled conditions and ensures heat and sound insulation (54 db).
The double-skin M5 has the potential of capturing solar energy during the winter, forming an extra layer of insulation, and controls it during the summer. The external look and the technical specifications of M5 are similar to those of M3 and M4 systems of Alumil.
